Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer data with precision, ensuring accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. You will support our customer care team by entering and updating data, managing customer information, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and update customer information into our database.

  • Manage and maintain customer records to ensure all data is current and correct.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with generating reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with data management software and CRM systems.
