The Role

As a Full Stack Sales Representative – Customer Experience & Upselling Specialist at blithequark, you'll be an ambassador for our market-leading brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with a 37.5-hour contract and a competitive salary and bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Use your sales and communication skills to upsell products and services to customers

  • Build rapport with customers, understand their individual needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their interests
  • Provide peace of mind to customers by finding the right solution for every customer
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

How You'll Be Rewarded:

What to Expect:

* 2-week training programme: learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique, and learn what makes a great customer experience

  • 2 shift patterns on a 2-week rotation based on a 37.5-hour contract
  • Mon 10:30-7pm, Tues-Thu 10-7pm, Friday 9.30 - 4pm
  • Mon 10-6:30pm, Tues-Thu 9.30 - 6.30pm, Friday 9.30 - 4pm
  • Working from home
  • We'll provide all the equipment you need, but you must have broadband access

The Experience and Skills You Need:

* 1 year's continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years

  • A background in targeted sales and customer service
  • A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targets
  • Great communication skills: you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers, and demonstrating empathy when needed
  • A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
  • Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
