Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, chat, and email.
• Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
• Engage in active listening to understand customer concerns, clarify information, and diffuse tense situations.
• Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with computers, including CRM software and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer with repetitive hand and wrist movements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
