Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years and a high school diploma/GED
  • A quiet, secured workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions
  • Must live in Texas to apply to this requisition (please note that we have state-specific requisitions for other locations)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, with proficiency in navigating multiple applications
  • Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends
