Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service.
  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing your knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively offer blithequark's products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
  • Respond to requests from customers about blithequark products and services.
  • Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes as needed.
  • Negotiate the collection of overdue bills.
  • Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
  • Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a true consultative salesperson with a passion for meeting sales goals and building strong relationships with customers. You'll need to be energized by the fast pace and urgency of managing incidents and juggling multiple priorities. Your empathy and communication skills will be essential in diffusing sensitive situations and providing exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications

  • Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience.
  • Customer Service call center experience.
  • Previous collections experience.
  • Experience with selling products and services.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision.

If you're hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $577.00 and $1,775.00 weekly based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.
