Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through consultative behaviors, expert service, and personalized solutions
  • Managing production flow to ensure timely and accurate completion of production orders
  • Taking customer orders, providing pricing information, and recommending blithequark products and services
  • Operating complex equipment, performing multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensuring quality during and after production
  • Coordinating pick-up and delivery of customer orders, ensuring seamless communication among shifts
  • Providing leadership to team members on assigned shifts, assisting in training, and promoting a culture of excellence
  • Operating the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handling financial transactions, and making change
  • Completing required financial paperwork, assisting with financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records
  • Adhering to blithequark's standard operating procedures, legal, HR, safety, and security policies and procedures
  • Secondary responsibility for coordination of all shipping-related services and activities, including customer service, packaging, and inventory management

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent education

  • 2+ years of specialized experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and report regularly to work and maintain established business hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Knowledge of blithequark products and services
  • Familiarity with quality management principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and promote a culture of excellence

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $18.40 - $21.62/hr
