Job Description

As a Remote Chat Coordinator with blithequark, you will play a critical role in responding to customer inquiries via our live chat feature. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and sales-related information to ensure their queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and effective support to customers via our live chat feature, ensuring that their queries are resolved in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow Provided Steps and Instructions: Adhere to our established guidelines and protocols to ensure consistency in the quality of service delivered to our customers.
  • Work Independently with Support: Manage your workload independently while being part of a virtual team, with support available from our experienced team members as needed.
  • Maintain a High Level of Productivity: Meet the expected standards of service, ensuring that customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Qualifications

  • Location: Must be located in the USA to be considered for this position.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing your time effectively to meet the demands of the role.
  • Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with a stable internet connection to perform the duties of the role.
  • Availability: Available for 8 hours per day, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or support environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with live chat software and social media platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
