Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and patient support to Medicare and Medicaid customers, addressing account access questions, password resets, and web portal navigation.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers/members with professionalism and courtesy.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to account management and assist users in navigating system features, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Document interactions in our ServiceNow ticketing system, maintaining accurate records for tracking and follow-up.
• Offer basic technical support, including clearing browser cache/history and navigating Microsoft Office applications, to help customers overcome common technical hurdles.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel as a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:

• Experience in a call center environment, preferably with a focus on password resets or customer account support.
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and call management platforms (e.g., Avaya).
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills, including web browser navigation and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner via phone and email.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism, particularly when supporting non-technical customers.
• The ability to work effectively in a remote environment, following a set schedule (9AM-6PM EST) and maintaining a high level of productivity.
