Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis, working remotely. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately processing sales paperwork, maintaining master tooling files, and performing various administrative tasks. If you possess excellent communication skills, are proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a positive, service-oriented attitude, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review sales paperwork for accuracy against customer contracts and documentation
  • Process sales paperwork in our computer system, adhering to applicable procedures
  • Release new orders and change orders to manufacturing, ensuring timely production
  • Verify finished goods (stock) requests and move pending stock as needed
  • Maintain master tooling files, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Process obsolete lists at least twice a year, or as needed
  • Handle invoicing and filing of sales documents, maintaining organized records
  • Prioritize and organize workloads to meet deadlines, demonstrating effective time management
  • Respond to emails promptly, communicating with Intel management and suppliers as required
  • Scan incoming and outgoing materials, inputting data into our systems accurately
  • Create orders in our systems, ensuring seamless order processing
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as needed, including answering phones and other administrative tasks

Requirements

To excel as a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Ability to read sales forms and input data into our computer system accurately
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional tone
  • Basic Microsoft Office software experience, primarily in Word and Excel
  • Resourcefulness in identifying and solving problems, demonstrating a proactive approach
