Job Summary

We're looking for Seasonal Remote Contact Center Phone Representatives who can work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. As a Seasonal Remote Contact Center Phone Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Speaking with customers on the phone about museum gifts and other products
  • Responding to emails and chats in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Learning and navigating our software systems quickly and efficiently

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives
  • Learn and navigate our software systems quickly and efficiently
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity

What We Look For

* 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a customer service or sales role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions and understand customer concerns
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Ability to learn and navigate software systems quickly and efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
