Job Description

We're looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Flexologists in Houston. As a Flexologist, you'll play a vital role in delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, leading guided group stretching classes, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions to help them achieve their goals
• Build and retain StretchLab membership by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our services
• Ensure the safety of clients by adhering to proper stretch techniques and protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess one of the following qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer
• Physical Therapy Assistant
• Massage Therapist
• Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or Kinesiology degree

In addition to these qualifications, you must also possess:

• Fantastic communication skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• A passion for helping others achieve their goals and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• A willingness to undergo our comprehensive Flexologist Training Program (20 hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training, and 20 hours of practice)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working in a fitness or wellness setting
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Experience with hands-on body work, such as massage or physical therapy
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
