Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services
  • Checking insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations, and resolving any related issues
  • Following up with potential patients to ensure a seamless experience and address any concerns
  • Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when necessary, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and our operations team
  • Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Following up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 10 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships
  • 5+ years of medical receptionist experience, including insurance verification and related administrative tasks
  • 5+ years of inside/inbound sales experience, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets
  • Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic about spending all day talking to prospects on the phone
  • Highly flexible, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as our company grows and evolves

Compensation, Growth, and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive base salary of $42,000-$49,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications
  • Potential annual bonus of up to $5,000, based on individual and team performance
