Job Summary

As an Amazon Account Specialist at Workwarp, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our clients' Amazon accounts. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored strategies to maximize their presence on the Amazon platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving sales growth, improving product visibility, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize Amazon seller accounts for our clients, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Create and execute Amazon advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Provide timely and informative reports to clients on account performance and recommended actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal account performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience in managing and optimizing Amazon seller accounts, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving product visibility.

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Marketplace, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in keyword research and SEO strategies for Amazon, with experience in conducting in-depth keyword research and implementing SEO campaigns.
  • Experience with Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.), with a proven track record of driving traffic and sales.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Strong communication and client management abilities, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
