About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences via inbound calls, live chat, and tickets. You'll provide technical support and troubleshooting, working with a range of products and technologies. Your input and suggestions will also be valued in relation to marketing, sales, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level customer service via inbound calls, live chat, and tickets

  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for customers
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas and suggestions for marketing, sales, and service
  • Work from home in the UK, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, and on live chat

  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or e-commerce environment

  • Work authorisation in the United Kingdom (although we welcome applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK)
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
