Key Responsibilities

* Ensure that business priorities are visible, established, and communicated to stakeholders

• Work with minimal management supervision to maintain progress and accomplish project goals
• Build and leverage solid working relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and development teams
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business operations, including financial management, program management, and data analysis
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable insights that inform business strategy and product development
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems, or equivalent

• 2-4 years of experience in information technology or engineering environment, with a focus on data analysis and business growth
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Working knowledge of data analytics tools and environments, including Power BI, SQL, and Azure
• QDM Certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems, or equivalent

• 5-7 years of experience in information technology or engineering environment, with a focus on data analysis and business growth
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
