Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and leading a team of Guest Experience Specialists to deliver exceptional guest experiences across various Disney properties
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve guest complaints and concerns
  • Providing training and coaching to Guest Experience Specialists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Analyzing guest feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of Disney's brand, products, and services to provide expert knowledge to guests
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Disney remains a leader in guest experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Guest Experience Manager, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment environment
  • A strong track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding guest satisfaction targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk, is a plus
  • Familiarity with Disney properties and a deep understanding of our brand, products, and services is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in a leadership or management role
  • A degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with Disney's technology platforms and systems
