Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems and Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of our Warehouse Management Framework, as well as acting as the local point of contact between the Data Center and Application Development departments. You will work closely with the Network/Telecom departments and the Technology Office to facilitate, analyze, and implement physical infrastructure that supports the DC where appropriate, as well as administer and support section of all moves/add/change requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MHE vendors as it relates to data handling
• Work with all smart devices including Sortation Control Systems
• Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
• Act as a liaison between warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Department for issue resolution
• Support all data processing equipment including printers and terminals
• Support LAN (Local) design
• Implement all future releases of software
• Coordinate inventory tracking of in-stock supplies including forms, labels, etc. and report usage to MIS
• Supervise non-exempt staff
• Maintain all control tables within the WMS including access security
• Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is available and accessible to all end-users
• Manage the peripheral interfaces with the WMS like Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers
• Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Develop reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operational Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 2+ years of IT experience including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
• 2+ years of experience in a distribution environment (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience with using SQL, MS-Excel, Access, and MS-Word
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience (an asset)

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in IT or a related field
• Experience with data entry and supply chain systems
• Knowledge of SQL, MS-Excel, Access, and MS-Word
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
