Job Overview

As a Full Stack Mail Center Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mail center, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Selling stamps and offering assistance to customers with postal-related queries
  • Receiving, processing, and sorting mail with precision and accuracy
  • Managing office tasks, including administrative duties and providing support to clients with postal needs
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • At least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
