Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into new patients for our clients in the Chiropractic industry. You will work closely with our sales team to qualify, educate, and schedule prospects on our clients' services. This is a part-time to full-time role, with opportunities for growth and development as our company expands.

Key Responsibilities

* Convert warm leads into new patients for our clients through consultative phone sales outreach

  • Qualify, educate, and schedule prospects on our clients' services
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and grow our client base
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' services and offerings
  • Utilize CRM and sales process experience to manage leads and track sales performance
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Participate in monthly sales competitions and bonus opportunities

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of high-performance sales experience, preferably in a similar role

  • CRM and sales process experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of phone sales experience

  • Experience with low-ticket, high-volume sales (e.g., $5k max sales price, 1-2 call close)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and sales software
