Experienced Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs

- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets with precision and accuracy
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile on their face
- Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising on cancelled or delayed flights, and providing updates on new rules, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
All You'll Need for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills, with the ability to demonstrate initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
- Knowledge of Native SABRE, with the ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- A high level of initiative, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
