Schedule and Compensation Details

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy a unique hybrid work arrangement that offers the best of both worlds. You'll work from home on Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday, while rotating to our Irvine, California office on Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday. This flexible schedule allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still being part of a dynamic team. In addition to our attractive hybrid work solution, you'll also enjoy a competitive pay rate of $26 per hour. Our compensation package is designed to recognize your hard work and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your typical day will involve:

  • Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
  • Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed
  • Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements
