Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Applying advanced data analysis procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions
- Analyzing client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Developing predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
- Streamlining our content release and episode discharge methodology to optimize engagement and retention
- Testing marketing strategies to enhance engagement and maintenance
- Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Providing ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicating significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Requirements
To succeed as a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI methods
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
