[Remote] Inside Sales Manager- Remote - Cigna Global Health Benefits

Cigna Healthcare is an advocate for better health through every stage of life, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a remote inside sales team. The role involves developing sales strategies, setting targets, tracking performance, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • This role manages an inside sales team including the hiring of new staff, training, coaching and evaluating performance. The Inside Sales Manager:
  • • Sets and monitors sales goals on a ongoing basis (weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals) and tracking sales and sales leads.
  • • Prepares accurate sales forecasts for the company and manages sales pipeline. Includes monitoring sales activities and customer interactions, updating sales records, and providing reports on sales activities and results.
  • • Partners with Finance and Sales Leadership to drive the development and execution of the Market Plan and projection reporting activity.
  • • Training plans for sales team to align ownership of deliverables around priorities.
  • • Ensures that sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met.
  • • Researching and discovering methods to increase customer engagement.
  • • Contributes to growth and strategic planning
  • • Develops and strengthens the Direct Sales channel, ensuring effective integration with the Outside Sales team when aligned behaviors and collaboration standards are met
  • • Provides reporting and ad-hoc reporting. Updates the team and Managers on results on performance
  • • Generate ideas to keep Cigna Healthcare market-leading in this field
  • • Is able to resolve problems internally and Externally
  • • Builds and maintains internal and external relationships
  • • Works with all key stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and great a positive environment

Skills

  • 5+ years in a in a service, sales, healthcare, health plan and/or broker/consulting environment required
  • Strong executional & build-out abilities (standing up campaigns, building analytics to measure success, and creating reporting) in Salesforce or similar CRM tools/applications required
  • Past experience working in a fast-paced environment and excellent prioritization and time management skills required
  • Proven track record in setting and achieving targets
  • Hunger to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems
  • Health, Life & Accident Insurance License or ability to obtain required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Cigna Healthcare products, systems, functions (and business units), marketing and/or service policies and procedures is preferred but not required excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to meet business needs.
