Job Summary

As an experienced full stack data scientist at blithequark, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI and machine learning solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven solutions, and implement them using cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise in conversational AI, machine learning, and data science will enable you to make a significant impact on our business and help us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI and machine learning solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven solutions, and implement them using cutting-edge technologies
• Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines, machine learning models, and data visualizations to support business decision making
• Work with cloud-based platforms, such as Azure and Google Cloud, to deploy and manage machine learning models and data pipelines
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI, machine learning, and data science, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in conversational AI, machine learning, and data science
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as Azure and Google Cloud
• Strong data visualization skills, using tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition
• Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps practices
• Experience with retail or healthcare industry
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages
