Position Overview: As a Full-Time Telehealth Therapist, you will provide therapy services to clients remotely, working with individuals who align with your areas of expertise and passion. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule while maintaining a caseload of approximately 20 clients per week. We handle all initial consultations and client screenings to ensure the individuals you work with are a good fit for your specialization. You will be part of a collaborative team with weekly staffing meetings designed to support you in providing high-quality care and addressing any needs or challenges you may have. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, making a meaningful impact on their lives while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients in your area of specialization (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.)
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 clients per week
• Create and manage your own schedule to suit your preferences, within the framework of weekly expectations
• Conduct individual therapy sessions using secure video conferencing platforms
• Engage in weekly staffing meetings with the team to discuss cases, receive support, and ensure continued professional growth
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with therapeutic techniques and best practices
• Collaborate with other therapists and team members to ensure comprehensive client care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company policies and ethical standards
• Work with the administrative team to ensure seamless client intake, scheduling, and billing processes

Qualifications:

• Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Specialization in one or more therapeutic areas (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.)
• Strong sense of teaching, communicating, and holding/maintaining good boundaries with clients
• Ability to clearly define your ideal client and therapeutic specialties
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines for telehealth therapy
• Must be located in Montana
