What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of blithequark, delivering exceptional customer service via email and live chat. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing nothing-but-wonderful customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations
  • Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Utilizing internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments
  • Identifying trends and pain points to develop innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience

Who You Are

We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a creative problem solver who thinks outside the box, a sensitive and skillful communicator who adapts to different audiences, and a highly organized individual who can juggle multiple tasks with ease. You'll be excited to represent blithequark and facilitate meaningful customer interactions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A quiet workspace with minimal noise (e.g., home office) to fulfill your shifts
  • Availability to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
  • A laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a plus.
