Responsibilities As a Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services * Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is preferred) * Basic internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment Requirements * Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin * Must own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone * Must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT * Must be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday Benefits As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + 401(k) with matching + Dental insurance + Health insurance + On-the-job training + Referral program + Vision insurance * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs Work Environment As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
