Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our diverse client base
  • Increasing customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills and providing personalized solutions
  • Handling numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently to meet and exceed customer expectations

Preferred Skills:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience supporting brand products and services, with a deep understanding of consumer needs and preferences
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A minimum of a High School diploma, with a college degree preferred
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
  • Experience supporting consumer products and/or services, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior

  • Comprehensive product training, including an in-depth understanding of our client's range of products, ingredients, application, adverse effects, and more
  • Systems training, including the use of CRM and ACD tools to streamline your workflow and improve customer interactions
  • Remote training via the video conference platform Zoom, with regular check-ins and feedback to ensure your success
  • 100% attendance is required for all training sessions, with a focus on active participation and engagement

Home Environment and Work Space:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace that meets our requirements. You'll need:

  • A dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door
  • Adequate space to set up your workstation, with a comfortable and ergonomic chair
  • Ability to hardwire internet (plug directly into your router) for a stable and secure connection
  • Three power connections – either three outlets or a power strip (one for each monitor and one for the PC tower)
  • Agents are responsible for maintaining the workspace in a safe condition, with a focus on cleanliness and organization
  • Personal disruptions are not allowed during scheduled hours, including but not limited to:

+ Loud music + Non-work-related phone calls + Other household members + You are scheduled on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift, with a focus on active listening and customer engagement

Compensation:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $11.50 - $12.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on your performance and contributions to our team.
