The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our policyholders, providing exceptional service and support to help them navigate their insurance needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering billing questions and making policy changes
• Providing recommendations and solutions to policyholders' concerns
• Delivering personalized service that demonstrates the value of being insured by blithequark
• Working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

* Experience providing outstanding customer service, with a proven track record of showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with policyholders
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
• Solid computer and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field a plus
