The Role

As a Tier 1 Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phones, chats, and e-books. You'll work on a variety of projects, collaborating with our clients to deliver top-notch support and ensure their customers have an amazing experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide Tier 1 level support to customers through phone, chat, and e-book channels

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for web and mobile apps
  • Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to walk customers through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing an application
  • Show empathy and a professional demeanor in all interactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements

* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a Tier 1 environment

  • Proficiency in Zendesk and other ticketing systems
  • Experience with inbound calls, chat, and email support
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android computers/devices and applications
  • Reliable internet speed and service
  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset
  • Quiet workspace to take calls
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with e-book support and creation

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages

Compensation and Benefits

* Hourly rate: To be discussed in the interview phase
