Job Summary

As a Sr. Analyst in our Labor force Activities Work Execution team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to our leadership team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving will be essential in driving business decisions and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

  • Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and reporting to provide actionable insights to our leadership team
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes and customer satisfaction
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide regular reports to Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors)
  • Travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job (e.g., business, data analysis, operations management)

  • 3 years of work experience in a related field (e.g., data analysis, operations management, business analysis)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience in a retail or field-related environment

  • Experience driving high-performing teams and counseling management
  • Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and interpretation
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools and software
