Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. - Enter application data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality. - Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and helpful support. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues. - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, passing required exams to progress through training and certifications.

Essential Qualifications

- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology. - High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace. - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles. - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act. - Previous experience in a Call Center environment. - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. - Spanish Bilingual, a plus.

Compensation
