The Opportunity

As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll be part of our marketing and sales team, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, providing prompt and accurate answers to product questions via email, phone, or chat. You'll also be responsible for drafting answers to product questions, responding to inbound leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and effective manner

  • Draft answers to product questions and provide accurate information to customers
  • Respond to inbound leads and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 5+ years of full-time work experience in a customer-facing role
  • 2+ years of customer relationship management experience
  • Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and accountability
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter mentality, humility, and a pursuit of excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with email marketing and automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
