About the Role:

As a Remote Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records, ensuring seamless data entry and processing
  • Conducting research studies and surveys, gathering and analyzing data, and providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective data management
  • Developing and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools to support research initiatives
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, data science) or equivalent experience

  • Current USA resident
  • Proficiency in English (Spanish language skills a plus)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Experience with data entry, research, and analysis (e.g., surveys, focus groups, product testing)
  • Familiarity with data management tools and software (e.g., database management systems, data visualization tools)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, or sales support

  • Familiarity with web development, data science, or related fields
  • Certification in data management, research, or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
