Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
