Job Summary

As an Experienced Remote Sales Customer Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building activities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention rates
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and customer relationship management
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience working in a remote sales environment, with a strong understanding of remote sales strategies and tactics
