The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex problems, and escalating issues to senior team members when necessary. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair, empathetic, and efficient manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts as necessary
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Identify and report customer feedback and suggestions for process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, including new features, releases, and updates

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with blithequark's products and services
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs and preferences
