Key Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat support
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working closely with the customer service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer problems
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in a remote or virtual customer service environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with varying cultural backgrounds and language proficiency levels
