Job Overview

As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through live chat support. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to multitask and work independently, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
