Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Supply Chain Partner, you will serve as the primary supply chain contact for our retail customers, leading performance reviews, and managing business change communications. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain operations, strategic alignment, and exceptional customer service. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary supply chain contact for MMI retail customers, providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Lead performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth
  • Manage business change communications, ensuring seamless implementation of new processes and systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across departments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Travel to customer sites and other locations as required to build relationships and drive business growth

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in FMCG, customer service, or account management

  • Strong Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of internal and external supply chains for retail product delivery
  • Experience with SAP, AS400, or COGNOS is desirable
  • Numerate, problem-solver, resilient, proactive, and able to manage priorities under pressure
  • Willingness to travel for site and customer visits
