The Opportunity:
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer service, including:
- Managing incoming calls and text-based tickets
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keeping records of customer interactions
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide best-in-class customer service

- Customer-oriented and able to adapt to different types of characters
- Availability to accommodate possible schedule changes
- Experienced in using helpdesk platforms like Gorgias and e-commerce platforms like Shopify
- Affinity to fitness/healthy lifestyle is a plus
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer service role is a must
- Proven record of successful customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
- Availability to accommodate possible schedule changes
- Experience using any helpdesk platform like Gorgias is a must
- Experience in an e-commerce platform like Shopify is a must
- Affinity to fitness/healthy lifestyle is a plus
