Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a large customer base (100+ accounts) to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Developing and executing customized success plans to meet individual customer needs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, practice managers, and other decision-makers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance customer skills and knowledge
  • Achieving or exceeding retention goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of Customer Success or account management experience, preferably in the dental industry
  • 5+ years of in-office dental practice experience (preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing a large customer base (100+ accounts) and achieving or exceeding retention goals
  • Experience using a CRM and/or Customer Success platform (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the dental industry, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Experience with customer success platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to develop and deliver insights to stakeholders
  • Experience with training and development programs, including curriculum design and delivery
