What You'll Do

As a remote customer support representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Walking clients through insurance benefit options and providing policy support
  • Keeping digital records updated and compliant
  • Working alongside a supportive, 100% virtual team to achieve our goals and objectives

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No experience needed – we train from scratch
  • Basic computer skills, including Zoom, email, and CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivation, reliability, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
