Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our hotel clients to ensure their success with our online solutions
  • Conducting regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions that meet our clients' unique needs
  • Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Developing and delivering training programs to help our clients maximize the value of our solutions
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in account management, sales, revenue management, or customer success in the hotel industry, OTAs, hotel tech, or IT companies
  • Experience in OTA or hotel revenue management would be a great advantage
  • Knowledge of the revenue structure of hoteliers would be a great advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Sinhala and English
  • Proactive and able to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable with CRM and computer software, including Excel and Power BI
  • Comfortable with ticket and helpdesk systems, such as Zendesk, Omnidesk, or Jira
