The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded. Your exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to navigate complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
  • Book appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and guidelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry and its products
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
