Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Navigating multiple tools and systems to provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions, even in challenging situations
  • Meeting performance targets for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction, which includes:

  • Working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, to ensure 24/7 customer support

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency with computers, email, and online tools, including:
