- Managing guest check-outs, resolving any challenges or issues that may arise
- Upgrading guests and promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance their stay
- Completing the registration process, coding electronic keys, and making room assignments based on guest needs
- Promoting and administering Marketing Programs for arriving guests
- Ensuring guests are aware of their room location and arranging for a team member to escort them to their room
- Providing a welcome packet containing room keys, tokens of appreciation, gifts, and other amenities
