Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling baggage handling tasks, including labeling and lifting bags, and ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel.

  • Assisting customers with various inquiries, including seat availability, flight status, and baggage handling.
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, often standing for long periods and lifting bags or items weighing up to 70 pounds.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using software applications for data entry and customer management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a clear and respectful manner.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to lift bags or items weighing up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where you're applying.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and Spanish (both written and spoken) is highly desirable.
