Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting blithequark's products and services
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including displays and merchandise
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Participate in sales promotions, events, and training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers, typing, and navigating POS systems
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of sales success
• Fast learner, able to pick up tasks quickly after being shown
• Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to drive sales
• Retail experience, knowledge of POS systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Publisher) are a plus
• The UPS Store experience is a HUGE plus!

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Notary Public
• Experience with commission-based sales
• Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
