Key Responsibilities

  • Apply primary technical knowledge to resolve customer issues and address technical limitations
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and sharing feedback with internal teams to improve our products and services

  • Contribute to research projects and monitoring studies to identify potential IP needs or process changes
  • Participate in external community events, such as conferences, webinars, and technical meetups, to stay up-to-date with industry trends and share knowledge with our internal teams

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining after completing the internship
